Who can differentially harden 154cm?

I would like to start using stainless steels but i drill and shape my handles after heat treat so i need only the ede t be hard. Who can do this for me?

cant be done.....the exotic stainless steels must be done in an oven all at once...one hardness thruout.

All drilling and shape work needs to be done before hardening.
