Who can do a custom leather pocket sheath?

I am looking to get a simple open top leather sheath for my 3 EDC items...a small Leatherman Juice, AA flashlight and a Fisher bullet pen.
I carry these things loose in my pocket and it is driving me nuts. I figure if all had a vertical slot next to each other, I could slip it into just about any pocket and it would lay flat.

Can anybody suggest a custom leather bender?
