Who can heat treat this?

I have to make a leaf spring for an early 1950s display auto. Making the spring is not a problem, but I am unable to heat treat anything this large. It's 1/4" 1075, 14 inches long, and 1" wide at the widest point.
Who is the best heat treater for carbon steel?
Thanks!

I thought Peter's only did air hardening steels? I would email Jeff Mutz at Tru-Grit or Darrin Sanders, both in CA, I believe.

If for some reason Darrin cannot do it I know a gentleman who specializes in leaf springs. He re-springs trucks all the time. I could give him a call. But Darrin is a great choice. Just another option.

I knew Darrin heat treated knives, and wanted to recommend him but wasn't sure about a car spring etc. Darrin is an awesome guy!

Clarification: Auto- automatic knife. The leaf spring is the kickspring for the blade.

Here's a visual. Thats a 15 inch monitor.
