is there anybody who can make a big bowie similar to the ruana 33b 14inch blade L6 steel for about 500 bucks?

I dont want to waste your time,Icould only afford 4 to 500 for a knife.The ruana 33b bowie is a very simple design but a great looking knife.If you could make something similar with L6 steel, 14 inch blade, big brass guard,slab handles stag or wood,if this is possible Ive got some drawings I could send you, thanks,cowboy bucksnort.
