Who does custom scales?

I'm rather new to the idea of creating/using customized aftermarket replacement scales on production folders.

A cursory search didn't yield much information. Who are some good people to inquire about getting some scales made?

All the guys mentioned by Benchwarmer do exceptional work.
They have full portfolios in their sub-forum, and are very easily accessible through BF.

You will have no issues finding what you want....
