Who DOESNT have a Bridgeport Mill

I don't, but I have a friend who showed me his and let me touch it! I was surprised, it looked smaller than the ones I'd seen in pictures. ;)

My little micromill was crying when I went down to the shop. I asked it what was wrong and it said, "My spindle's small, and not very rigid.":o

I had a Taig mini mill that I was very happy with but I wanted something bigger. I was seriously considering the Enco when the Bridgeport deal came along. The Enco is a pretty solid machine? Do you know where those are made?

Actually, I did have half of a Bridgeport, gave it away when I couldn't get anyone to hold the head stock up while I ran material underneith.
