Who else EDCs a fixedblade?

Nice combo link2derek. The IZULA has not got enough love in this thread.
Think I will carry mine the rest of today. Maybe the whole week

Got a ratmandu coming! And ordered a Mashedcat sheath to go with it.. the wait sucks.
 
I'll take some pics when it arrives on Thursday, I think i'm gonna strip the coating immediately and force a patina. I've wanted a rmd for a LONG time.. pretty excited. And I've read nothing but good things about mashedcat sheaths... they look nice that's for sure.

Document the process. I've removed coatings but never on a knife with handles permanently attached.
 
I did it to a busse ash1 I had, still got the can of citri-strip actually. Sure I'll snap a couple pics of the process.

I traded my izula 2 for a delica.... I regret that now.

I really want to edc a fixed blade, but I can't ever find anything the right size with the right look and the right sheath... Haha. I guess my search continues in the custom section...

Right on, brother! I carry the Izula more as the weather gets warmer and I'm wearing lighter and less clothing. Today, though it was the BRKT Nomad in Black Ash Burl:
