I know what you mean brother! What a useful, tough and sexy knife it is!! Mine is the only fixed blade I have......it was so great dealing with Brad I am definitely picking up a 4 also!

Got my Ka-Bar Sterile D'Eskabar (D2 model) on me today. Waiting for the kydex sheath I ordered for it to come in the mail. That will make it a perfect EDC fixed blade.

I have tried before, but I just haven't found the right methodology yet. I'm an office-drone, and while I can carry large folders with no issue, something visible on a belt would probably raise some eyebrows. I actually have several EDC sized fixed blades, so I'm always trying again every couple of months.
 
If you go un tucked shirt you should try the Gaurdian Quiet. It's horizontal carry and is pretty small. My shirts cover it and it's quite invisible.

I usually don't, but I DO love the design of the Guardians. I met Brad at BLADE 2015, but by the time I had found his table, I was low on funds. I will look into getting one. I'll drop a pic of one of my options shortly, so as to keep the thread on track!

I dealt with Brad and he is one of the good ones!! He hooked me up with this one! Couldn't find one in this color and went to his site on a Saturday morning. He built it for me and shipped it Monday! Great guy with a great sense of humor!!

Switched from Osborn 940 to Bark River Bravo EDC this weekend using a pocket sheath. Love the Bravo EDC!

I was in the same boat. (Still am for now) I ordered the same G3 FFG yesterday but with the DLC coating. I couldn't resist any longer. I should have it it Wednesday or Thursday.

Looking forward to your impressions Dave (and pics :)), I have nothing negative to report so far. Great slicer in my opinion, and fantastic ergonomics. Nice sheath, the horizontal carry is both comfortable and unobtrusive. Day 5 for me.
