Yes as Ban said it is Mammoth Tooth Ivory. I got it from a guy that I have great respect for and I have said many times that other than me the only persons that will ever own that as long as I live (other than me) are he or his son.

I have talked to Cobalt about that knife and we agreed that there are some knives that we just can’t think of an amount of money that would make us part with them. That AD is that kind of knife for me. Well unless that guy ever wants it back; then of course I’d sadly let it go… well; for a certain Off Duty he has :p :p

Well that is a funny story.:p

The knife was offered to me and at the time of the offer I thought that it was cool but that I wasn’t sure that I’d want to own it long term. So I emailed the HOG that had it and told him to go ahead and offer it to another guy he knew that might be interested in it long term. Then I laced up my running shoes and headed for the Golden Gate Bridge that is about 3.3 miles away.

At about 3.5 miles into the run oxygen actually reached my brain and I said to myself what the HELL were you thinking:eek: :eek: :eek:?


The split time home was actually minutes faster. I didn’t stop running until I got to the keyboard and typed “I’LL TAKE IT” and followed that up with a phone call.:o :o :o
