Who else is REALLY excited about the HEST Folder?

I'm excited, I've been looking for a new folder to carry on duty and this appears to be the one!
 
I'm really excited. I've been wanting to retire my EDC, and the H.E.S.T folder will certainly fit the bill!!
 
the HEST/F looks cool and has an impressive materials list, but my budget is tight and until i can hold one in my hand to see how it feels, and also see how the lanyard attaches i dunno if i'll be able to drop the coin on it.

my current and most of my past EDC folders did what i needed them to do, which was cut stuff. i usually have other tools handy for prying, etc.
 
On the list . Cant wait to have the matching pair of fixed and folder . Is it december yet !!
 
I for one am looking at taking 3 units when they come out - but will wait for the teething problems to be sorted out first. I don't believe that any mechanical unit will be 'bug free' on first issue - if so it will be the first but lets hope they are little ones. A folder from EESE is certainly worth waiting for and it will get the sort of attention that rock stars get - in the knife world that is! I often go to look at pics of it - it is just so sweet - I have also held off buying any hard-use folders until it is in production.
 
I really don't care for most folders.
But sometimes they are necessary, like at work, where they finally told me to stop carrying my Izula -- folding knives only.

I like the HEST folder enough that I'm going to try for a serialized one this time.
