That's right suspects, I got one. I started not to go to the show, but at the last minute I skipped work and went. The first 2 auction winners grabbed the "Mega Vipers", then I was stunned as my name was called. I finally got my first custom Emerson, a CQC6, for retail price!!! It instantly took residence in my pocket as my new EDC. Who else got lucky?

CQC6--Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i willed Ernies daughter to pull my name from the hat. It has been a very long wait! Thank you MR. Emerson, and thank you Rachel! (Ernies daughter). This will be my EDC knife. It is by far the best knife i have ever seen or heard of.
There were 2 large vipers, about 4 inch non-tanto blades, Ti blasted bolsters, dark scales, disc opener, left hand grind, & the bolster flared a little to form a guard. They were a new design & got picked up alot before the auction. Maybe Ernie will pull out more tomorrow. I would go back again but I prefer to remain married.

You know your stuff. Ernie brought two Viper 3's. I got lucky and got one of them. As the catalog says, nothing but a fighter. He also had some 5s, 6s, 7s, 9s, Vindicators, Trivectors, Bodyguards and Mirages. I speak in plural, but I expect that a bunch of them were oners. Had to split before the raffle was over, a luxury that getting picked early afforded me. Was great seeing Ernie and family and so many of the suspects...Arkhamdrifter, Lifter4him, Ancient SUL, Trader1, Kublai, and I'm sure a whole bunch of others that I didn't get to connect with. All in all, a very warm and classy bunch. Said it before and I'll say it again and again...am proud to be a suspect. Hope all is well with you.

Glockjock congrats on your new CQC6. BTW is your knife zero bevel or double bevel? Dated or no date?

Well, since cousin Jackstraw and another individual took the 2 Viper 3's, I got me a Viper 1. Very nice knife!
Ancient Sul got a CQC9,nakano2 got a CQC7,jbravo and Trader1 got fixed blades, and our very own Mr Arkham Drifter got a really nice fixed blade. If you know what happened to Chris last year you can understand why he started to sweat when his name wasn't pulled till near the end.
Had a great time talking to Ernie after the crowd cleared, even showed me his injured hand from sparring with a suspect who shall remain nameless(ahem, Lance if he hurts his hand he can't make knives, you're supposed to let the knifemaker win
)
Kevin, was looking for you but after getting strange looks from the first 2 guys wearing NYPD shirts I asked if their name was kevin, I backed off. Did those plates get there yet? Everybody's I sent seem to be taking longer than usual.
Was a great show though there were a number of empty tables. Wonder if people were afraid to come? They missed a good one.

Man, as usual it was awesome to see everyone again. Ernie and family armed with knives. And suspects with money. I can't believe my name got called so early. I was no way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had the pick up another 9. One of my favorites patterns. I will be back for more tomorrow. But we will have more time just to chill. Great day for suspects.

Lifter, sorry i did'nt get to meet any suspects. I was wearing an NYPD hat. I looked for supect shirts but did not see any. Then i was too exited with my 6 to think about anything else. Have not recieved any mail yet. Ill let you know when it arrives. Very happy for all the suspects who came away with knives.
