DO NOT give my wife any ideas. She has bandaids strategically staged around the house, as well as in the garage and shed for my inevitable finger slices. Friggen happens far too often these days. Aging and neuropathy sucks!

It was kicked, literally. The knife was rotating in the air on its way down to the ground and I "extended" my foot to protect the tip from the concrete, I've been successful each time except that time, I kicked it instead, accidentally, and through my foot it went

Definitely nerve damage. The site itches, tingles, and hurts occasionally and is numb around the stab when touched; and this happened a couple years ago. Bandaids wouldn't help here

We're well stocked for minor lacerations. What I need now is a new patch for one of my better pairs of khakis. I just wanted to wipe off a fingerprint. Could've been worse, though. I doubt the Bel Air would've hesitated to slice my leg any more than the fabric. Too close. Microfiber from now on.
