I remember watching a Simple History video where in the Vietnam War, apparently superglue and duct tape saved soldiers’ lives. Add ‘em to your first aid kits.

I have a feeling Transporter Room 1 will beam us to the community center any minute now. Energize!

I tried using second skin on the minor cuts, but I found it delayed healing. But it seals up the cut well so I don't get grinding dust in my cuts.

I wrap a pencil or a sharpie with duct tape to keep in my kit at all times.

Povidine iodine would still be my first choice for minor cuts. Interesting trivia that cayenne could do in a pinch though.

If you're camping, you could scrape the wound, in a pinch, for extra seasoning.

I was raised on mercurochrome for cuts and scrapes. I think mom did that primarily to keep me from licking my wounds. I became concerned when I found out the stuff is banned now. Cayenne tastes better, might try it next time.
