I posted my pics....

I really would love to see them. If you want to remain anonymous...fine....just email me a pic privately and I'll post it here - no names.

But I gotta see them!!

(it is my wood after all.... )

:p

Pen- I got one of the Olive ones. The figure is nice, but the contrast is much less than I am used to seeing in olive wood. I don't know what they looked like when you sent them-I certainly trust your eye- but somehow, the wood that should be lighter is almost as dark as the darker streaks.

I'm try to get some pics and post them here.

Pen, I think I got one of the standard wood ones. The wood looks vaguely green / brown, and in fact looks almost exactly like the pic Brian posted as the first person to get his. (Look back about 3 HI pages.) It's fitted very well, but I was thinking of possibly sanding it out and staining it, but haven't decided yet.

I'd like to see the other special ones as well!

Regards,

Norm

Dan,

I have a zebra wood model. It looks great. I will try to send some pics tonight. Thank you for the wood donation.

thanks for owning up, guys...:D

Glad I didn't have to get out my boat paddle....:p

Yes, please send pics a.s.a.p and I'll post 'em here.

Thanks!

The one you can best afford to break.

It really is one lovely knife. I still can't think of anything to do with it.

Several articles on the use of the kerambit. I didn't include the non-lethal kind. :p
I didn't know there are as many different styles, sort of, as there is. Silat uses a lot of different knives in its execution, no pun intended.:p :D ;)

How about cutting the blubber from a Sperm Whale?

You know- in case we need some blubber?

Oil lamps for after the Revolution.
