Who has Busse 1911 grips???

I have had a set of Snakeskin grips tucked away for a long time, waiting for that special 1911. a few weeks ago I got a Heine Nighthawk long-slide in 10mm, with a beautiful coating that Nighthawk calls Titanium Blue, which looks strikingly like the Busse Tanker Gray with just a slight tinge of blue in it. The Snakeskins are beautiful on it. There will be pics as soon as the gun comes back from Nighthawk, it had to go in for a small tweak.

I love Ed Brown 1911's! I sold mine awhile back with intentions on buying another but still haven't. I did just buy a Springfield TRP Stainless and it should be here soon! Killer combos folks!

I've been lookin' for the right set myself. They're not Busse, but VZ makes some mighty fine g-10 in commander sized options. I've got ball milled micarta on my fullsized Springfield, but they just don't compare to these.

I have been looking at the VZ Carbon fiber 320's with the fancy turbo screws!

Those are the turbo screws in the pic. They were real helpful on the phone with all my questions, & since I was placing an order, I went ahead & got the purdy screws.

edited to add: I just went to VZ & looked at their new site. They've got a LOT of new stuff (including the carbon fiber) since I last checked!

If you cannot find some from Busse let me know. I had these made for my bobtail 1911, and they look pretty good IMO.

Sweet Setups guys! Has still have yet to see flat bottom grips. I guess they didn't make those.
