Who has more than one of the same model Esee's?

For reasons practical ,and some obsessive , I have purchased more than one of the same models that I really liked. For example, I am a big fan of the 4 , so I bought 3...two black,and one Tan. I also have 2 Izulas ( wrapped) ,and 2 #3's , one rounded pommel, one pointed , both desert tan.
I've actually been considering getting another 5 or 6 for vehicle carry. I'm leaning for a 5 ,with it's ability to pry and break glass for egress into/out of a vehicle. My current 5 resides in my B.o.B. I've also considered the Hest for a vehicle knife , even though it is smaller.

What I am wondering is if you folks with more than one of the same , what do you do with them ? Is one for safe keeping? Different locations/kits ? Different uses? If anyone understands my obsession ,you guys do ! ;)
 
Once I find something I like I usually get multiples so it's everywhere I need it to be. I've got two 3's one RAT D2 and ESEE. I don't see me getting a seconde H.E.S.T though. Oh yeah 2x RAT1's also.
 
I only own two "duplicates".

The one actual duplicate is a HEST. I have a user that I carry, but I aquired another in a trade still in the bag/mint.

The other "kind of" duplicate is a ESEE (old RAT logo) 3 MIL. I own a standard 3 that's my user, and I don't plan on using the ESEE 3 Mil...both this and the HEST are trading fodder in case something comes along that I'm interested in.

I may buy another Izula at some point along with some scales.
 
I have 2 of H.E.S.T & Izula.
1 to use , 1 to keep (reason being ESEE knifes not available in my country so its sort of special and its a PITA to constantly worry about my online purchases clearing customs).

Fortunately, my recent purchases have cleared customs effortlessly except for a day delay.
 
I have multiple schrades(NOT taylor wanna bes) and case knives.Most of the Schrades are oiled and packed,some never sharpened or cut with.I started working when I was 12 so I bought,sold and lost more than a few.Now when I see one of them it reminds me of times,places and events.So when I come across one of the knives I admired and used I buy it if I have the cash because none of them is made anymore.
Besides that can you really have to many?LoL
 
Currently, I have 2 Izulas. One black and wrapped, which is my primary edc, and an DT one that i keep in my survival kit. I am interested in the Izula II and will most likely get one to see whether I like better. I also have singles in the 3,4,6,and HEST. While I love them all, I don't get to use them as often as I would like so having multiples is hard to justify. Don't think I haven't tried!
 
I've got 2 pink Izulas, one prototype Izula, one DT ESEE-3 with pointed pommel, 2 RAT Pack RC-3's, and my TTD RC-4S. Out of all of them, the RC-4 sees the most action, the RAT Pack RC-3 sees the most carry, and the pink Izula sees the most tits.
 
When Esee's first started to be available here ( Canada) , I jumped right on them and bought as many as I could afford ( all of them + spares) because I thought maybe they won't be around here for long. I was wrong... they're here to stay. But one things for sure; I have NO regrets buying any of them. :thumbup:

Still thinking about the Izula 2. I'm kinda stuck on the smaller size :o

Knowing me, I'll probably get it sooner or later :D
 
I guess a lot of people will have at least two Izulas - they're just too handy not to have.
And I think an Izula should be in every purse.
 
I have three Izulas with an Izula II on the way soon. I also have several 3's, one HEST, one 4, three 5's, one 6, one Junglas, and the lite machete.

The three's are by far my favorites, but I will be adding another 4 soon. I have mostly RC branded but would like to add at least one of each model with the ESEE brand.

Yes, ESEE knives are an addiction!
 
I have three Izulas.tan,black,& green

Now I'll have to get an Izula II or 2(or 3).
