Fred, I wasn't able to find a number for Kelly Couples. Here's Lyle Brunckhorst number:
425 402 3484. He should be able to give you Kelly's number. Last I heard he was dealing with powered steel.

I'll second the recommendation to order from Kelly. I buy steel from him almost exclusively - he's great to deal with. He currently has several types of powder, including nickel powder.
