Who has shark skin?

I should amend my previous post. Not cheap means it's an expensive skin.
9 bucks is the market price. If you find it cheaper factors have to come into play
such as quality. I buy all my skins direct from the dealers in person which lets me choose what I want and negotiate a lower cash price. Mail order is tough.
If you plan on machine sewing sharkskin I can tell you from experience that it's the one of the most difficult skins to sew.

Near the coast in Calif, we can buy all the shark we want, or grab a rod... Pretty tasty too...how hard is it to tan the hide?
