Who has the largest Busse collection ?

I remember from my "Museum" thread, some guys stated "Skunk" had more Busses than anyone else. :)
True or not ? ;)
Just curious, which Busse fans have some of the biggest collections and what is the current count ?
For those who don't mind, post pics of your collections.

Yes, Skunk has the biggest collection, so anyone needing any Busse knives contact him! :D

I email Skunk every day to try and get one or more of the rare ones. I suggest everyone else do the same. :p

Way to try and throw the new guys off your trail Tim!

There are some pretty big collections out there, but I have my suspicions that there are guys who lurk on here, who rarely if ever post and they have some serious collections that dwarf even Skunk and Ducci's stash together. Beware the Sasquatch Hogs!

I used to have a respectable collection 150+, but sadly they have dwindled away and the prospects of ever getting that many again are slim. I must relax back into casual collecting and using rather than rabid foam at the mouth collecting, until I win the lottery that is then watch out!
 
I'm not sure but there's this guy whose screen name ends in XX that seems to post a pic of a different blade or blades EVERYTIME he posts (and that's quite a bit). Lots of custom shop stuff and others. I have a feeling that he's up there. Damn

Sadly, really impressive holdings will never be revealed in any public way.

If for no other reason than insurance. These knives are expensive and they increase in value over the years. You will find that your insurance company will take a VERY dim view of any shenanigans that imperil the security of your collection (this extends to ANY valuable collection, BTW).

Reality. Sometimes it bites. :o

That reminds me of all the stolen race bikes that happened after guys would drive home from a bicycle race with a $7,000 bike on the roof of the car.

Largest in sheer number? Largest in Customs? Largest in value?

It could go several ways.

I blame Porkerson for a definite dearth in the number of customs moving through the Exchange! If you ever wanted to feel humbled by your collection, let Porkerson post a few pics. :)

For what it's worth, I don't have a collection of Busse. I have a family of INFI.

Yep, Porkerson is the King of the variants.

Chuck (1whobuys), has/had some pretty esoteric stuff also.

But, like was said there are probably guys that we never heard of with uber collections.

Perhaps Skunk will post some pics of a couple of his knife drawers, or Eric, some variants.

I would guess Papathud (Andre), Idahoskunk (Scott), or 1whobuys (Chuck), but I'm going to have to go with a guess that largest collection is in the hands of a stealth hog.
 
jaxx has to be up there with the mega porkers. there are a few big buyers that have never posted on the forum at all.
