Who Heat-Treats 1095?

I just ground the first knife I've done that I think is worth heat-treating. It's in 1095, 1/4" thick, and about 6" long. Who would y'all recommend to heat-treat it for me?

I recommend Lee Oates of Bear Claw Knives (281)587-6080. He has heat-treated a few blades for me and I was satisfied.
