Who here brings their knife out for dinner?

Always eat my dinner at the bar.....I never had a problem with a supplied steak knife and if I did.... I would return the steak

I don't mind using a sharp knife on a ceramic plate. It gives me an excuse to resharpen it to scalpel sharpness. The flashlight (on moonlight setting) is to read the menu in dark trendy restaurants
and the pen is to sign the check!
