Well I though I did untill I just saw that PBR.

Come to think of it I think I have seen you post a pic of PBR before....do you drink it...or is it just a prop for the pics:confused:

Himm - Polish pattern on the dishes perhaps? Very nice by the way

That did it... I made myself hungry when I posted this a while ago....

Haven't you heard? PBR is "retro-chic."  :D

On occasion, I'll pick up a six pack. More for memories than the taste, plus the fact that they practically give it away. But honestly, it's about like drinking Miller Light in a can IMO. Most American lagers (especially in a can) taste about the same to me. Here are some results that will stun you, however. I know they stunned me:

2006: Great American Beer Festival
Pabst Blue Ribbon - Gold - American Style Lager

2005: Great American Beer Festival
Pabst Blue Ribbon - Gold - American Style Lager

2004: Great American Beer Festival
Pabst Blue Ribbon - Bronze - American Style Premium Lager

Edit:

TurnerIII, the dishes are Polish pottery. My wife collects different patterns, and that's about all we use for everyday china these days.

No one picked up on the measly four doves there with the steak. Monday wasn't a great hunt, but I bagged a few. I also grew those fried green tomatoes.

I had no idea the GABF was held in TN:confused:

:D I've forgotton what it taste like, but it was the first beer I started drinking as a teen...I do remember the memories, mostly good:thumbup:

The food looks pretty good, but I'd have probably had a beer with it. :D

Fried green tomatoes...mmmm mmmm. I can make a meal out those alone.
