Oh man, you ARE hardcore. Even I don't eat chitlin's. Unless I've had at least four tall-boy PBRs.

I actually do cook healthy food too. But it doesn't fire up the Busse crowd like a big old hunk of grilled beast.

book 'em, we both cook. All the pics above though are stuff I've cooked or grilled, from the biscuits to the chicken marsala. My wife doesn't grill much, but she's good at it when she puts her mind to it.
