I keep seeing these hunters popping up on KnifeArt, and wanted to get your opinions on this maker. I am pretty unfamiliar with him but kind of like the look of the peices. I believe he is a journeyman smith and forges all his stuff. Anyone familiar with this makers work? Prices seem reasonable also. I seem to see a fisk influence on his knives. Here are some examples..

Shown as ABS Journeyman Smith from Cushman, Arkansas Didn't he win Best Fighter a couple of years ago at the Spirit of Steel Show?

Dennis's knives are well made and I would consider them a bargain. Plus he is a really nice person. He should be at the Arkansas Custom Knife show in February. He is a JS and last I heard was planning on going for his MS in the near future. His phone number is listed as 870-793-3779.

I've seen his knives in the Knives annuals. There have been some NICE looking knives but i've never held one.

That damascus one looks GOOD!

Dennis Riley makes a fine hunting knife, however I prefer the looks of his larger knives.
He always provides a nice sheath as well.

a lot of Dennis' work used to be sold on EBay by a dealer who Roger is well familiar with. Does a lot of Bowies.
