Who is R A Matt

Yea i tried emailing him asking some questions, but haven't had a reply back, his finish to the knives look great, it's just that the blades look identical to a "T" to some kit blades ( all dimensions and grind lines) that are of a lessor quality steel than what he says they are. I was just wondering because I've seen this before on flea bay
