Who is using their Lionsteel SR-1?

Now that the Lionsteel SR-1 has made it into the hands of those that ordered them, has anyone used it? I have been carrying mine quite a bit and really like it. I find myself just turning it over in my hand and looking at it quite often.

I have been really impressed with the Sleipner steel so far. It seems to hold a great edge and gets really sharp. All I have done is strop it and it tree tops hairs with ease.

Just wondering how others are liking theirs.

I have also been carrying mine. It carries nicely, and I really like the small low ride clip. Very subtle. The only place I won't carry mine is at work. It is too nice a knife to use in our shop, but other than that I love playing with it and cutting with it.
It seems to be a great cutter, and mine has very precice and even grinds. I feel it is a great user for me. Mine was sharp enough that I didn't even touch it up like I do most of my new knives.
I look forward to keeping this for good!

Any pics "in hand"?? I'm too lazy to find that thread on it and look through all the pages to see if there's one? Glad you guys are digging it!

OOPS Found it. Looks like a real beast. I can't find the the blade length - anyone? :)

I haven't put mine in the EDC rotation.

I like it, but unfortunately I find I'd rather carry other knives for "city" EDC use.

it's my daily box cutter , orange peeler , peanut butter on bread speader ect.. ect...

love the knive,
for box cutting it could do with a little more pointy blade,

in use know for 4 weeks, did not have the urge to sharpen it yet,
and i like my knives sharp , very good cutter , boxes tend to dull blades very fast, but for now it holds it egde very good

ASAP I receive mine from the 2nd run I'll surely take it hiking and camping

The blade is about 3.5" long 1.25" wide and 0.18" thick

FlaMtnBkr - Thank man. Machined out of a single peice of Titanium too. One tough blade I'll wager. And to think I criticized it when it 1st came up for opinions.

Looking at the pics "in hand" and all of the other info - wow you guys scored some great blades on the pre-order. Their was a BF pre-order discount too, if I'm not mistaken.

It is the nicest knife I have ever owned. And there is definitely not another knife out there like it.

I just cut 20' (240 inches) of double layer cardboard with it. It still pops hairs off along most of the edge and cuts paper really well with out any rough spots. I might go take my M4 Rift and see how it does but I am really impressed with the blade steel so far. I have stropped it with my diamond loaded strop just for the heck of it and it has barely touched the factory grind marks. On a lot of other steels it knocks those grind marks down and starts putting a polish on it but it's hardly doing anything to this stuff.

Edit: I just did the same thing with my M4 Rift and I think it dulled more from what I can tell which is very unscientific. As easy as M4 is to get sharp I am starting to question how good it really is when it comes to wear resistance.

Cool, I'm looking forward to it. Yours will have my fingerprints all over it. :D

wow.... I just got my SR-1's today and I dont even know what to say. This is my favorite knife I have ever owned period. That is just from taking it out of the box and playing with it for about an hour... Obviously my opinion might change but for 370 US these things seem like a HUGE bargain. How could you not carry it if you owned it!
