Who made these knives?

For the life of me, I CAN NOT understand why any of these folks would deface themselves so. Some of them are really SICK. What has this world come to that this happens?

I think their parents did take them fishing!. Looks like they fell into a well stocked tackle box face first. Really gets me to see some good looking girl with a bunch of iron sticking out of her face although some of them do need a way to keep their mouths shut.
