Who makes a good cordless drill?

I own a makita that I am very happy with, and I have been renovating my house for 3 years now. I used dewalts at work, and they had a lifespan of about 2 years, doing commercial electrical work. Probably more than you will ever use it. The Makita package I got has a flashlight which has been really useful-no batteries to worry about. I'd buy another one.

de walt and makita are two that pop into my head right away

Chazz is right,
The real question is which cordless comes with grooves to manage blood spray during covert trepanation activities!

I wouldn't buy a craftsman drill again. I had one (12v ?) that fell off a 6 foot ladder and cracked/chipped the plastic frame, rendering it unrepairable, except by duct tape. I would spend the extra money on a Dewalt, Makita, etc.. they seem to have stronger frames.
