Who makes a good keychain knife?

Ashworth Turtle, from CRKT, if you want something different.

Going the other way for a moment, the CS Micro-recon is apparently intended to be a keychain knife. It sort of depends on how you feel about black blade knives, especially hanging from your keyring. It's also not out yet, no word (?) on exact release date.

I carry my keys on a D-ring, and there are a couple carabiners out there that also have a knife and a few other goodies on them. Again, for something different.

One last thing. If you really start tooling up the key ring, it is possible to damage the ignition switch on your car, and that can get expensive to replace. If your accessories start heading for, say 10oz total, it may be time to get something that allows fast and easy seperation of the actual keys from the rest of the EDC kit.

I've got a little Al Mar on my keys now adays thats an absolute gem. Worth taking a look if you want something with a single blade.

+1

I've had an Al Mar Osprey on my keychain for years. Nice little knife. Solid lockback, brass liners, good steel. It's a winner!

I have a SOG Micron on my keys.

I like that it takes up no more space than a key.
