Who makes a good working folder?

I'm looking for a good strong working folder for EDC. I prefer D-2 and under 8 1/4" OAL. Trying to stay at or under $200 as well. One more thing, I'm a lefty. Thanks for the help.

I would recommend taking a look at Bob Dozier's folders, but they start at $295.00. He does use D-2 though.

Pete Peterson. Like Dozier's a little more money though. I lost a D2 with stag and just replaced it with one of mosaic and mastadon. It's my daily pocket carry.

Yeah, I've looked at Dozier's and I like them. But for $300 I could just get a small Sebbie. I can't seem to find any of Mr. Peterson's work...
