Who Makes Beautiful Christmas Themed Folders ?

Victorinox (swiss army knives maker) makes several models with Christmas/Winter Holidays related themes on their scales. A quicks Google search, set on the Images menu gives an idea of the potentially available array.

What blade material is that ? I'm guessing 154 but I know nothing about that maker / wild guess.
