Who makes great battle axes?

Just wondering who makes the best battle axes, the type that may have been used by the German "barbarians" during the heyday of Rome. I'd love to get one.

I just guess they aren't made for throwing.

If only they were forged and made out of thicker material.

Someone else reported having trouble with their Bad-Axe too. Looks cool, but functionally it doesn't appear to be among the better pieces available.

I'd like to get a real top of the line double-bladed battle axe one of these days. However, I want something well made, like the hawks of ATC, Two Hawks, or RMJ Forge. I guess there's much more of a demand for hawks.
