Who makes the m3 Ranger?

I’m curious as to who makes the M3 Tactica Tech Ranger. From the packaging it looks like WE Knife Co. Any input on this?

Their website and BHQ say its made in the US, which means it's probably not WE (unless they're sending parts here to be assembled, which might be possible).
