Who makes this knife?

I saw this on Facebook. Looks similar to my Kershaw ET. Is this just a cool looking Chinese knock off? Are there any other companies that use mechanics like this?
Any info would be appreciated

Looks like a Quartermaster, but it's a G&G Hawk design. I absolutely love the stuff G&G Hawk come up with and that does use the same mechanism as the ET, but I would recommend staying far, far away from anything by Quartermaster. SKBlades has an upgraded variant on the Buck Marksman they're putting out soon, if you want a Hawk design with solid quality for a solid price I would look there instead.
