Who or what is a Tsimi?

As everyone can see, Tsimi has Durba's baked into these tsimichangas, thereby eluding detection by the authorities.
I think we need to establish surveillance on Tsimi's Tex/Mex food deliveries to cut down on the flow of Durbas to the Cave of Solitude.....besides... I'm getting hungry!!!

Perhaps the above is the source of the erronious thinking of Tsimi picturing himself as a young debonaire "SHARP PHART?"
While all of us here know absolutely for sure what Tsimi is and that the only time Tsimi even comes close to being the last part of what he thinks he is, is after Tsimi has been overeating Tsimichangas loaded with Durba's, lots of stale beans, and extra sharp aged Colby Cheddar Cheese.
Puts a whole new dimension on the term,............................."Cutting the Cheese!!!!"
