I have communicated a little with Skyler at Patriot Leather, he is willing to build a sheath for mine if I send it in. It is an 8-10 week build/wait time. Was thinking if I send mine in after arrival who all might be interested in Patriot Leather pants. And if anyone is interested perhaps we can cooridinate orders so only one has to send in thier Saw. I will talk with Skyler more if enough are interested and see if we can group purchase for a better price.

Last thing, what kinds of features in Leather pants would all of us be looking for. Fishing for ideas here. Probably more likely to save money if we are all looking for the same design.

Got a Battle Saw comming and this one needs pants for sure- Patriot Leather would be a good choise

I suspect a regular ASHBM leather sheath will work perfectly well for these. That is true of my Chuddy Bear FBM LE sheath, fits & holds my CGFBM and Mountainmandu perfect. Kydex is a different story. ;)

Black/Black Canvas here, because I'm not adventurous. But I'd be in for it. What sort of sheath are you thinking for it? This seems like a good candidate to strap to the side of my assault pack...

I wonder if I can get the handles designed to fit an M4 Bayonet lug and use one as a Bayonet?

I'm in if the dealio is right. His work looks sweet. My only suggestion would be some type of design to mitigate sheath-tearage-rippage-destroyage by the teeth.

And that is one of many reasons I prefer leather to Kydex-Thanks Tim

Depending on price, I would likely be interested as well. Black and black canvas in case color is important.

black on tan canvas, cause I don't have that combo. thinking kydex for this one.

Thinking half open spine style with wrap around button snaps and flap. Not 100% sure of design, would basically take one of his existing models that look close and ask him to modify it in a way to prevent the saw teeth form destroying the sheath. IMO this one also begs for a baldric rig, likely I will grab a Baldric but that is optional for everyone.

My Skystorm sheath for the TGLB I have is very well built, the old school dual carry. The Saw will not need dual carry but a modified version of that particular model may work well.
