Who should I turn to for heat treating my CPM420V blade?

Are you comfortable doing the heat treat on CPM-10V? If not are there others out there you know to be accomplished at heat treating this particular steel? BTW, no need to mention Phil Wilson, I'm already well aware of his excellent reputation in this regard. Thanks.
