Who still has a complete GW set?

Not counting the few from the BLADE shows, I have 2 complete sets of all the ones that went through the BCS....and a few spares, LOL.

ETA, no pix of the sets, sorry! ...But I do have this one of my 2 GLGW's, which were hard to acquire. Was lucky to get one at cost in a partial set offered through the BCS long after they were gone.

Very nice. I was about to say that I didn't see a Satin/Old School Green Linen in those photos, but I thought I saw two Satin/Snakeskin LEs so perhaps my color vision's off - which one is the S/GL GW? I was lucky enough to trade into one from Trevor (knife hunter) here in Virginia awhile back; it's still gorgeous and my all-time favorite grail knife.
Again, great collection - I've limited myself to the satin/micarta GWs.

It's fourth from the left in the first row of the first picture. It does look a little snakey, but it's green linen. The first drawer appears to be the first 19 in order, arranged clockwise. I'm not sure what order (if any) the second drawer is in, and the third drawer seems to be mostly duplicates and coustom shop variaties.

Green Linen was rare. IIRC, the black tie and red were pretty danged hard to get as well. Orange and SAR were always popular on the XC back in the day.

Never had a full set. Never cared to. Had a LOT of them through my hands. Still have my framed set of about 12-15 all-satin, some C/S issue, some Ganza issued knives. There were some cool handles.

Are you sure? That one fourth from the left, first row, looks more like the .170 satin/tigerhide micarta Tiger Warden. . .

I guess I need a new monitor. . . or new glasses. Again, a very nice collection!

I'm pretty sure #4, Green Linen, .140 satin, was the rarest. And I think it's also the one I paid the most for because I missed them during the two or three seconds they were available at the Company Store. And if that's an exaggeration on how fast they sold out, it's not by much.

Yes, they were tough. But the ultra-rare "sterile pumpkin" GWs were really tough!

really? I think I had three of those originally. I couldn't give them away (for $300).

I also had 3. Eventually, people pried one from my hands ... by force.

Going by my old e-mails, there just weren't many of them. I think I got ... oh ... about 20 inquiries, but only gave up one.

Hmm. Don't know why you didn't experience the same thing.

I've only got 14 GWs :( from the first half of the run.

The fat ones weren't OD fat, so I passed on them. :D

For fun, try to ALSO collect all the special versions like the ram's horn GW, the Buffalo GW and the rare Fat HOG Leprechaun Warden.
