Who stocks Fox Knives? Looking for a Fox Recon.

Most US retailers do not stock a wide, or even a narrow, selection of FOX (Italy) knives. KO in Lakeville, IN looks interesting to my sore eyes.

The dollar/Euro is so favorable right now that you might consider buying offshore. I have and I couldn't be more tickled. Shipment via FedEx took about three days to my door from Rimini, Italy.

Could you tell me the name of the business in Italy that sold you a Fox knife?

Thanks,
Ross

I bot Mac Coltellerie boating/sailing knives from a shop, Mareshop, in Rimini, Italy that my Grand daughter and I had "walked" past via Google Earth. I can vouch for Mareshop, their English is better than my Italian and they ship very very fast. I did not buy any Fox knives there, however. I notice that Leoneshop has a robust inventory of Fox knives. I cannot vouch for them but I would not hesitate to use their services. I haven't made a complete search for your target knife in Europe so your results may vary. But I've noted a US seller in my first post that appears to carry a large inventory. Are you after the black or OD model Recon? The form reminds me of a Spyderco fixed blade designed by an Israeli knife fighting instructor, the Warrior.

Thanks for all the help and information. I ordered a OD Recon from Lamnia. This model should trap like a mini Warrior. I don't care for the finger grooves on the Pygmy Warrior. The Recon has a more pronounced upward sweep to the pattern, should trap with less wrist strain than the Pygmy. Bob Taylor, Randy Wanner and Michael Echanis designed the original Warrior.

Thanks again,

Ross
