Who thinks Jerry should put a kitchen knife into the permanent lineup?

I'd do a kitchen knife. I've been wondering about the NICKs, and if any might be available. My wife would sure be pleased. But, I would not like to see it jeopordize the timeline for combat/utility blades.
 
I would most definitely buy a kitchen knife if Jerry made it :thumbup: . Like if it had around a 3"-4" blade and folded out of it's own handle. Yeah, it would hardly take up any room in the kitchen counter drawer if it were to do that!

This is one of the best attempts at the folder I have seen. A+ for effort!:D
 
Combat knives. That's what I want from Busse Combat. Something to take into the field that I can abuse the crap out of and not worry about. If I need to use INFI in the kitchen I'll use an Active Duty or a Badger 3 or similar blade.
The only time I feel the need to use INFI for food prep is if I'm camping anyway.
Just my thoughts.
I have to go use a Steel Heart to make a PB&J now.

Thanks for the idea! I just got the stinkeye from Mrs. Mob for doing the PB&J with my SJT. RTFO!:thumbup:
 
How about an INFI paper weight. It could be made exactly like the HOFSH but unsharpened. If someone comes by my desk and objects then I can just beat them silly with it and not be accused of using a knife which is forbotten at work.

I actually have used an older Satin Jack for that purpose. I was camping but still. :D

And how about a beer to go along with it. Busse's own brew. Of course wait times on new blades may become an issue with Jerry spending so much much time assuring the quality of each keg. :D

That sounds awesome. Make it Olive Drab finished. Actually I'd take on in OD and another in Satin. Tiger Strip Micarta or Snakeskin would be cool. Oh man, what an Idea.

As for Kitchen utensils, the only one I would buy would be a 5/16 inch thick INFI Cleaver. 8 inch long 4 inch wide blade, flat ground with the new grooves.
That would weigh more than a FBM and could double as a small axe.
Call it the CLEVE-AXE. Or CLEVAX (Tm)

or maybe call it the CLEVER-HATCHET or the CLECHET(Tm)
