Who to buy from

So I'm fairly new to higher end knives. After going to a couple knife shows I noticed a lot of things I do and don't like in a knife and have figured out exactly what it is I'm looking for but no idea how to go about finding all the specs I want in a knife and have never gotten one done custom before so any info would be great.
What I want:
4" blade
M390
Clip point
Manual flipper
Button lock

If there are knives out there already that I haven't found while searching for this please let me know. If not who to talk to for having this made would work as well also.
And not looking for budget build. I would like quality.

Jump on a few of the bigger knife dealer sites (I won't mention any names in case they're not supporting dealers here. I lose track...) and refine the search to your parameters. You'll at least find a few new directions to follow even if you don't find exactly what you're looking for.
I also like button locks and do searches around occasionally for some with higher end steel choices, there aren't that many unfortunately.

Yeah. I've tried on a few now. Seems each time I start adding in to many of my specifications it drops results to 0 found and I'd rather pay someone to custom make something that's exactly what I'm looking for than to settle for something here or there that isn't what I'd prefer at this point. Hoping to get some suggestions on someone who does good work that takes custom orders and can do this build. The aesthetics aren't nearly as important to me as having the materials/design/functionality I most want.
