Who uses a Monocular, Spotting Scope, or Birding Scope in the Bush?

I absolutely love my tiny Steiner monocular. For being so small its a great little piece of glass.. My Leica Trinovid 10x25's are very small and have amazing clarity as well.
I can see a place for a tiny monocular in a micro kit, but for anything where you need to glass for prolonged periods, the small bino's would be the call. They are all tools for the tool box, just depends on what you need IMHO..
