This Friday and Saturday I'll be camping and Hiking with the Outdoor Club here at Snow College. If anyone will be in the Central Utah area (Nephi, Mount Pleasant, Manti, Salina, Ephraim) this weekend, you're welcome to join us.

Friday night we will camp at the base of Nebo, have a Dutch Oven dinner, play games and enjoy the campfire. Saturday we will be getting up early so we can hike The Beautifull Mount Nebo. Pics from last years trip can be found here: http://outdoor_club.tripod.com/nebo1-f01.htm.

What does this have to do about Khukuris? Well, I'll be bringing my 15" AK along and it will see lots of use around the camp fire chopping and splitting wood.:D

If anyone would like to come for the food and talk Khukuris or knives (I've have a few;) with me) or come hike Nebo with us, let me know. Would love to have some Fellow Knive/Khukuri nuts along.:)

Sounds like a lot of fun Heber:) Wish I was gonna be out that way--I'd take you up on that! Especially after hearing the women ratios--wait, I'm married. Then again is my marriage license from Nebraska valid in Utah?;) :D

Rob, you're welcome anytime.:) Yes, the women ratio is quite nice and on this trip there sould be tons more girls than guys so any guy would have a lot of girls to choose from. Blonds, Read Heads, Brunettes, and a raven heared babe or two.:D

If your License isn't isn't valid, you could always try poligamy. I know it's quite populare with the TLC Church (True and Living church - a radical off shoot of the LDS church).

I want to go. I'm married, too, but in Utah it doesn't matter all that much.

Uncle, Come on up.:D There will be plenty of girls and food to go around.:) Beer is out lawed on school trips but if you slept in the campsite next to us you could bring all you want and nobody could do anything about it.:)

Some blokes have all the luck :D

All my outdoors excursions so far have been with smelly, hairy males. Take some pics of the khuk in action, Heber. Some babes in the photos would be a bonus....

..yeah, I was gonna say, it's instant excommunication from the LDS if you want to practise poligamy...I've got lots of mormon friends.

I wish I could be there. But I'm on bottle duty with munk jr.

hey Rob, when you drive to Jackson from Idaho Falls, stop by the Palisade resevior (sic) and look at the Snake river and see why it takes so many lives each year. Swan Valley is pretty.

I never did trust that river.

..I hope I'm not alone in thinmnking that one wife is plenty, I can't imagine the maintenance of more that one!

if they joined forces and vocalized the same complaints you'd be a gonner. Now watch...someone will say; 'but what a way to go."

Am LDS my self and have seen excommunications of that sort before. I'll stick with one girl friend/wife when my day comes.:)

IIRC A couple of the kamis have more than one wife. I guess the BirGorkha shop is the only place where they can be the boss... :D

That could be true for some but I remember hearing that some Kamis come to work to escape there many wives.

But back to camping for a second. I picked up the Dutch Ovens and other supplys this afternoon. Tomorrow is the meeting where we will deside on what I'll cook and get most of the last minute desision making out of the way. Thursday night the food will be purchased and loaded into the car/truck I take. Then Friday after class We will be off. Oh yeah, and somewere in there I'll try to get some pics of lovely ladies for you all.;)

The leaves on the trees have started to change colors and the nights are starting to cool off around here. It's the PERFECT time to go up Mount Nebo. You guys, if you can make it you should it's going to be a great trip.:D

BTW don't worry about beer I'm in the Club Presidency and also incharge of the trip so I'll make it legal for any of my Cantina friends.;) Plus, the BAAD (Badgers against Alcahol and Drugs) President won't be there.:(/:) he he he

You're going to post pics of the ladies? that's going to cause some wailing and gnashing of teeth.

redvenom- you made me laugh about hiking with the hairy ones. Young men want love and to get laid; so what invariably happens? They end up hiking in remote locations without a chance of coming across a female...

Course, if I can believe the beverage and tennis shoe ads on TV, women are out there in droves in the wilderness...

I got roped into a conference at Snowbird next month. Is that anywhere even remotely near you, Heber?
