Who will make a custom replacement blade for a Balisong

I would like to know of any blade smiths who can and will make a Custom bushing equipped replacement Balisong Blade for a reasonable price in accordance with the materials used and ease of manufacturing to fit a provided set of handles and pivot pins. Modifying an existing blade of the right size to spec is also fine with me. I do not insist on super steel. I am happy as long as it's a good cutting steel.

Kaleb Reynolds of Muskrat Man Knives has made a few replacement balisong blades I believe.

I emailed with no answer. Are balisong blades hard to make and fit ???? It seems like no one wants to bother making and fitting a custom balisong blade.
