I am getting Married June 5th......thats all I have going on :)!!!

I am headed to Tablerock? GA tomorrow to watch and learn....he he!

Hey Mark, any thoughts on where to have it? If it's in the Mountains of Va., I can use it as an excuse to head up to D.C. to visit my inlaws and if it's on the Eastern Shore, I can use it as an excuse to head down to Va. Beach and visit my father...so depending on timing, either place looks good....just curious if you've given any thought as to where?

:)

time to start deciding when and where....give us an idea, bro.

Count me in also.

Some day, I'd like to do something up here in Gettysburg, PA.

Mid June may be tough since its only a week or two after the Blade Show. I understand the time-frame, but I don't mind forging in the heat!

Somewhere on the eastern shore works for me but I could go north too. Any saturday evening to sunday morning get together. Heat doesn't bother me eather.

Working on the where right now folks. The when will be the w/e of June 19 and 20.

I will most likely be forging Tomahawks if able. I guess that might be counted as a demo. let's just all bring our stuff and smash and grind some steel and see what happens.

If you want, please bring some of your work for show and tell and make a knife for a rope cutting competition as well. Perhaps a tomahawk and knife throwing competition would be fun also. Gimme some input.

Add my vote for VA, NOVA prefered, but central ok too. :D

I dont quite understand peter nap's 100 mile range. i thought those black helicoptors could go ant least 400 miles :)

I think that's as far as "Wendy" will let him fly out in his tight felt pants and cap. :D :p

Depending on how where you pick to have it, I would sign up for it. That time frame looks like it would be doable for me even with a long drive. I have to get to one of these and meet some people and learn some stuff.

Ill have to wait and see where it it. I drove down to GA last weekend. It looked like a 3 hr drive on the map but it took me 5.5 hrs! I think my driving distance has gotten shorter after that. But it was fun though...

Howdy folks,

I'm going to be making some calls this w/e and peter nap is checking into some places. Should make a decision hopefully by mid next week as to the ever important where thing. be patient. we want to make sure that the location will be a good one suited to our needs and cooperative with fire and noise :D

have a great w/e and dont forget to call your mamma ;)

Mark
