First let me apologize for the camera phone pics. I went for a run and all I had was my phone. I did not expect to find what I did along the way.

To my surprise, one of my machetes last used over the summer during some four wheeling in the woods

Much to my surprise I wasn't the least bit upset

Hey a golf ball I had driven into the woods last summer

First chop, I am a little rusty

Second and third not so bad

A nice user look

:D

So the point of this is I was all for an INFI machete, but the way my real user machetes are USED I wonder if I would have the same fun with one in INFI? If I had found an INFI machete in the field I think it might have ruined my day. This just brightened it with an unexpected mini chopping session.

Any thoughts?

unfortunately for my wallet, if busse makes it, i tend to try to buy it. so, yes. i would use it. :)

I would love to have a INFI machete! Id use it! probably wouldnt let it get that rusty, but it would have a nice patina...

well that is a no brainer but the problem I see with that is the cost.... and warranty. Machetes are usually thin and at that length would people get carried away thinking that INFI is indestructible...

Shyeah!!!

Probably a bit thick for a machete, but, it does the machete job pretty darn well. AND you get very big muscles from using it too :)

Hell yes,,need to be long and light, much like a standard Machete Maybe a hair thicker ( being a busse and all) got my B-11 but a B-22 would be better yet,,a B-26 now were talking:thumbup:

I really Happius w/ my Gadius right now for a long blade. The way Busse makes things (thick and tough) I could only imagine what a Busse Machete would be like.

Probably a lot like the user MOAB Rob has! Great to see it in action!

Deep cut there.

I have one 18 inch bladed khukri machete, but would like a few more versions.

I would love to get my hands on a BAZilla!!! I can just imagine how much fun and productivity I could get out of a Basic Anorexic Zilla around .18 thick with res-c grips. One can dream!

I use my Ontario 22" a lot.

However, if Busse came out with a kick ars design (which they always do) for a machete, I might have to retire the Ontario.

For sure I'd buy an INFI machete. Concerning the warranty... to my knowledge the ESEE light machete is also covered by a lifetime warranty. If so, I don't see a reason busse shouldn't be able do the same. Please correct me if I'm wrong with the ESEE though!

i would love to see a infi machete. machetes are by far one of the best wilderness tools around. omg plssss make one lol

I don't think I could not use a Busse- at least a little arm hair shaving anyway. You know, to make sure it's sharp.

If it's too thick or too long, then it gets unwieldy. I'm thinking light and quick.

I would love an INFI machete. I don't know if it would retire my ontario but if it did that would be saying a lot!

I would want a design similar to the ontarios (thickness and length) but of course all in a busse design. So general thickness and length would be the only distinguishable similarities.

Canvas micarta would probably be my handle material choice.

Rob your a crazy man! Awesome.
