Not a clue on edge holding, as it's barely been out of it's sheath. It's 1070 carbon. Wood handle with brass spacers. Rat tail tang peened at the pommel. Has some rough spots on the brass, as is common on these knives. Blade has a shallow hollow grind (I hate to say grind, as it appears to be forged), with a convex edge. Choil is very nicely sized. The edge is recurved. The sheath is thick heavy leather. You've got me thinking about keeping it now.:)

I've been fixing some busted water lines today (and playing with my new Razel), but I'll definately get some better pics of this and the others left Tomorrow.

Edited to add: The blade is shiny, it just looks bad due to a combination of fingerprints and bad lighting.
