• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Who's Drinkin'?????

This knife is a Rodent 3, in SR101. Very difficult to keep the satin finish on this steel. INFI resists Staining much better.

I resisted getting a patina. Now, I like it

Come to think of it..... Now that I've got a SOB...... Might as well let my AMSMO out of my pack sack and into my kitchen. Let the SOB do pack duty:D

Remember that none of the steels that Busse & kin uses are stainless ...... So , you will end up with a patina ( or rust too, I suppose) if not careful....or have a coated blade.

If any of the " old guys/gals" would like to chip in??

Yesterday. Had a bottle of "Lot #8 Grandes réserves" limited edition ....whatever that is.... Bought at Costco.

Long weekend? I say that is just the thing for more time to drink! Fill her up bartender!

This Sophie brand beer is pretty good. My better half likes it with "Sortilège". It's a liqueur that's made with Canadian whiskey and maple sirup.... Not bad.
