I've been burning candles all day wishing for 85's 55's, 56's, and conductors but we'll see if my smoke and santeria works out. (No I don't practise santeria, tis some serious stuff )

No kidding! Between all TC's, 77 NF Barlows, Beer Scouts, Hawkbills and Bullnoses I'd say this is what GEC has done to my knife budget....

It's only me figuring, no facts behind it. I was going off the last 71's and the 21's being 1095.

I seem to remember Mike Latham stating that there would be no more O1 tool steel.

Mike told me today that as far as he knows, he doesn't think GEC will be using 01 anymore do I would expect 1095.

That would be amazing, or any knives in 01 but it's no biggie if they can't acquire or don't wish to use it anymore. A bit of a shame but happy with 1095


-I also wonder when these shall arrive, production schedule for July has not been updated yet but considering everything is being moved up this Summer may be a nice for knives.

GEC is firing on all cylinders this summer. Happy to see the 47 coming back into production. I actually had to scale back a few reserves on 15 to make room for a northfield viper.
