I finally convinced by boss to give me the day off. I plan on being there with bells on. Anyone else plan on attending. We should all get together. Dec 8th is just around the corner. Can't wait!:D

Where is the show? December 8 is a Sunday, is the show only 1 day? I'm from York, PA, about 50 miles from Baltimore, and I might go. I didn't even know about it.

One of the more prestigious knifeshows in the country. Several Guild members, Bladesmiths, and Knife Masters have or will be attending the show. Some of the makers who will be attending are: Ray Beers, Ken Steigerwalt, Al Polkowski, Jot Khalsa, W. D. Pease, Gary Anderson, Jack Fuller, John W. Smith, John Etzler, and Dan Valois to name a few, along with Koval Knives and Stephen Bader Co. supplying the needs of the knifemakers. For a complete list of this year's attendees,Click Here
Saturday the 7th of December, 6 P.M. to 10 P.M.-- There will be a hospitality room free to table-holders, knifemakers, suppliers, etc. If you would like to attend the hospitality room and get a chance to meet the makers, contact Ted Merchant to get a V.I.P. pass. The V.I.P. pass also grants you early admission to the Show. Click Here for photos of the hospitality room.

Will be there this year. I'm looking forward to it. Say when and where to meet and I'll be there.

I think I'll be going, it'll be my first knife show. :) I think someone's going to have to restrain me from getting a Polkowski...

Pending funds, I might go. This is the closest one that I have ever had to me since I really got hooked. But if I went without much cash it would most likely send me into a major depression :(

I'll be there! It was my first knife show many years ago. I have a great time. Most of us seem to gravitate to the Jone's Brothers' table. I'll probably wear my Blade Forums t-shirt or my Shenandoah Knife Collectors shirt.

Ted Merchant puts on one of the best organized shows I've attended. The show is generally 2 or 3 rooms, and packed from start to finish! I haven't attended the get together on the night before, but I hear it is great!

another disappointed knife enthusiast...

My Sundays have been spoken for already. ;)

Seems to be the favorite knife-show-day, though.

Why never on Saturday?

I would have loved to go.

Glad that some of you will be there. If you guys want just e-mail me and we can all figure out the best place to meet. That or we can all wear green sweaters, but we would look like fools LOL.:D :p
I don't know if I am gonna buy something but I am in the midst of getting a genuine Butch Valloton DA in a trade so I will bring that as possible trading power.

I dunno if I will make it this year. Work and my orders are keeping me way too busy, well, that stuff and shooting! :)

Manowar, where in York are you?? I went to YCP for 4 years down there!

Dan, if you are there, we could go over the proto's :) I got the L6 template proto, and the O-1 contour proto just about done, getting ready to do up another full mockup in O-1 soon as well.

Taz,
I live right next to the Galleria Mall. So I could just about hit YCP with rock. BTW were you property of the State, or working there?

Yep, planning on being there, Saturday night actually, in order to get a head start the morning after...it's a FAST PACED show to be sure!

Jones boys are usually easy to find and this year they may bring swords too? ;)

LOL. Wrong YCP. I went to York College of PA, where I majored in Criminal Justice.
